Don't Get Twisted

Deception and manipulation are on the rise, as the enemy intensifies his efforts to steal, kill and destroy the destiny of those called to bear the image of God. By the way, that is me, you and all of humanity, whether or not we have chosen to answer the call and become who we were created to be. Do not allow yourself to be twisted out of destiny!

This is not the time to be passive, conflicted or indifferent. This is not a time to confuse evil and good, light and darkness, sweet and bitter. Our lack of knowledge, obedience and discernment is costing us greatly, and leading us into subtle and brazen traps of the enemy. We cannot do this in our own strength though. On our own we are no match for the cunning, criminal and crafty nature and nation of evil. But in God, we are greater than the enemy. God is the one with the master plan so He is also the one with the details of His plan. Do not get this twisted – no one else can save, heal, deliver, untwist and restore us. We must take steps now to get the right help to untwist ourselves.

”What sorrow for those who say that evil is good and good is evil, that dark is light and light is dark, that bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter.“

As we yield to Christ and allow the Spirit of God to work on us, our hearts, minds and lives will become untwisted, and made to align with the Kingdom of God. From there, the possibilities are endless, enlivened and exciting! But, this will require us to humble ourselves, surrender our wills, seek His face and rightly posture ourselves in Him. My choice to trust God completely has turned out to be the best decision of my life. Who would have thought that I would be here today sharing the good news with you? Not me, but, He knew.

With all that I have lost and gained on the transformation train, there are some sweet and precious things that make it worth the cost and the pain. The chief of which is – to know Him and to be known by Him. And, to get to this place where I am recognizing the voice of God, and enjoying His amazing personality. I have done my fair share of unrighteous living, so I can tell you – absolutely nothing compares to living in Him. You must do what it takes to get to the place of resting and abiding in Him.
