Sharing is caring!
“The time is always right to do what is right.”– Martin Luther King, Jr.
For example – a craving for something sweet makes the search for chocolate, ice cream or cake a good idea, but if we have already exceeded our daily calorie intake or are in a diabetic state, this good idea is not a right idea. With good you can be misguided, but with right you will be divinely guided.
We often know the right things to do, but the hard part is doing them. Our concept of good is mostly rooted in self-preservation, personal desires and biased perspectives. However, right is how we subdue and elevate ourselves from a self protective orientation. We are more than natural and earthly, so good is not the one what makes us stand worthy. Good is in consideration of the me but Right is all about the we and decree.
So, what can we do now to live rightly, righteously and in right-standing with God?
Have a righteous day!
