Get Out of The CAGE of RELIGION

In the early morning of October 18, 2023, I had a dream.

In this dream I recall seeing a contained area which had a nicely designed grille in the front. I next found myself in an area behind the grille and came to realize that I was in a cage. It was unassuming from the outside and convincing from the inside, but it was a cage. The frame was classy looking with fancy artwork and design. As I processed all of what I was seeing, It felt so contradictory and confusing to me.

This space was like a melting pot, and I could feel pressure building up inside of me and around me. I became so aware that I was just there, there in this deceptive space, but going nowhere. I was caught in waiting for something to happen, stuck wondering what should be next… but still going nowhere.

The scene then changes, and I am in another place. This place was a doctor’s office, and I was there to seek help, for I was in great need and was unexplainably weak. Many other persons were there too, waiting in a room, hoping to be healed and sealed by the doctor.

But one by one we were each disappointed as we were told, this is how it goes. We were encouraged to make the best of it, not to lose faith, not to complain… to be grateful… for the cage.

I felt no encouragement at all. I became angry then a sense of hopelessness came over me. The doctor who should have helped was of no-good use, and he had no new news.

It was in that moment of realization and desperation that a presence came in. I did not see a face, but I felt a liberating air as this person entered the space. I could feel a difference! There was a change! There was a shift!

Suddenly things were coming back and making sense. I could not understand nor explain it, but it was like the Word of God took on a life and started flooding my memory and my soul. I could feel a new zeal, a fresh confidence, and a measure of might come upon me.

I felt activated, charged, free and so alive. Then I woke up from the dream.

INTERPRETATION

When I came out of the dream the Holy Spirit brought me back to another dream I had on March 12, 2023. I titled that dream ‘The Church with keys but No power.’

I did not release this dream before because all the pieces had not come together for me, until now. I believe that both dreams are connected. In the March 12^th dream, God showed me 5 scenarios that revealed 5 problematic areas for the Body of Christ. All of which are contributing to the Bride’s current state of powerlessness and paradoxity.

Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”

Genesis 1:28 NLT

I will list the 5 below in the order of the dream. Note that while these may not apply to every believer, it applies to the state of the Body of Christ as a whole.

1. Undiscerning and Unwise
2. Ignorant and Lifelessness
3. Complacent and Conflicting
4. Religious and Disarmed
5. Deluded and Deficient

The Church has become a melting pot, fit to be spewed out of God’s mouth. The Church was represented by the doctor in my dream, going through the motions and ineffective in healing, freeing and revealing the truths and mysteries of the Kingdom of God.

• The Body is asleep. We are unaware of what is happening in the spirit realm, and we cannot effectively discern good from evil. We study the Word of God through others and have limited revelation of God’s voice and His mysteries. We have become so blind and sodden by the sophisticated and subtle schemes of the enemy.

• We do not know the Word of God and we do not know the persons of God – our true source of freedom, protection, power and refreshing. We also have not grasped what it means to be Kingdom and to be a Son of God, so our lack of knowledge causes us to fail, frail and trail.

• We attract and accommodate sin; our actions and lifestyle do not reflect Christ and we have perfected a form of godliness but deny the power and purity of it. We call what is good evil and we call what is evil good; we follow our opinions, feelings, and preferences, instead of following script-ure, loving the things God loves and hating the things He hates.

• We live in a deceptive cage of religion and tradition, instead of in a womb of intimacy and real-time relationship with the Lord. And so, we are being drained of life, beauty, and divine power. We are being exposed, exploited, and enslaved by the enemy of our souls.

• We have become comfortable, clueless, and conceited about our declining state. And as the enemy advances in deceiving, distracting, diverting, and destroying us, we use the little energy we have to resist the new moves of God and to fight against each other.

The cage of religion has surely been killing us!

BUT GOD!

God will come to those who realize they are poor in spirit and in need of Him. He will come to those of us who have had enough, and are desperate for Him.

Hear the word of the Lord, “I am returning My power chest to My Church. My power chest will rest on those who carry My presence, says the Lord.

The Power that has been missing from the Church is coming back! It is coming back!

“Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.  And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.”

Matthew 16: 18 – 19 NLT

God’s glory, power and authority are rewarded for those who truly reflect His image and likeness. His supernatural power is coming upon those who have been tried and tested. Greater things shall the Burning Ones do in this season.

“When the devil had finished tempting Jesus, he left him until the next opportunity came. Then Jesus returned to Galilee, filled with the Holy Spirit’s power. Reports about him spread quickly through the whole region. He taught regularly in their synagogues and was praised by everyone.”

Luke 4: 13 – 14 NLT

People of God, subdue your earth! – We cannot govern and rule what is outside of us until we first govern and rule what is inside of us.

People of God, deny yourself, take up your cross and follow Jesus! – The Kingdom of God is not a democracy – submit fully, obey completely, and depend on the Holy Spirit totally.

People of God, dwell in the secret place of the Most-High! – Only in His vine can we be sustained, secured, seasoned, and synergized.

Ekklesia, Ekklesia, it is your appointed time!

Be thou raised up to occupy!
