Comfort With Chaos

Things are becoming for us more unusual, unpredictable and uncomfortable. We are seeing, feeling and experiencing the unset of chaos, but also we are getting strong confirmations about the existence of a spirit realm. All that is at play is bigger than what our natural minds can reason and resolve. But, in the midst of chaos and questions, we can also experience comfort, confidence and clarity.

There is a path that takes us to this place of comfort, confidence and clarity, and its door is before us now. To open this door we only need to take hold of its handle; The handle of humility.

Humility looks like quietness and rest, that stem from being honest about our state and our need for God. Humility also looks like repentance and trust, which are fueled by a decision to accept Christ’s offer of salvation and to agree with the constitution of His Kingdom. We access security, support and strength when we turn our heads, hearts and hope towards God.

“For this is what the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, has said: “In repentance and rest you will be saved, In quietness and trust is your strength.” But you were not willing,” Isaiah 30:15 AMP

Jesus Christ is the door, but it is up to us to take hold of its handle and step into a new reality.
