I agree there can be purposeful living but only through knowing yourself and being aware of all of life’s facts, or one in particular “anything can happen.” It’s our ability to adapt and overcome that determines our ability to live our best life . I don’t prescribe to the one book theory that is there to guide all but I believe that we all have our own unique way of finding out how and who we are. From within each of us and with each life producing similar yet unique versions of their life book.
Thought provoking. I have never thought that about the fact that I have misaligned the order of how God intended me to be in control of. I love this part “We may very well be limiting our capabilities and outcomes by elevating the resources and tools that should be serving us.”
Profound. Thank you for such great insights. 2020 year of abundance…. taking it one step at a time…. BREATHE…. with God in the midst of it all.
I think the Covid- 19 experience where many nations around the world had lock-down. This gave rest to air around the cities where there is less pollution. God’s wisdom during creativity was placed in scriptures for us to follow. If we were to appropriate the example in our daily lives and the corporate society we would be less stress. Our focus would be better.
It is also written in the Bible ‘the sun knows it’s going down’. This signifies a time for rest.
Could it be greed that why these principles in the creation story is not followed? Society have drifted from the acts of ‘sharing is caring’ and now every man for himself.
Our obedience to God by the revelation of His word holds the key to all our successes so we can experience abundant living.
