Sharing is caring!
We live in a time where we see and hear more than ever, yet many still feel unsure about what truly matters. Information is high, sometimes even disturbing, and it can quietly freeze the heart or make denial feel easier than discernment. News moves quickly, opinions are constant, and it is possible to feel aware without feeling anchored. True discernment does not grow from noise or pressure; it grows when the heart learns to recognise what carries peace rather than unholy urgency.
“Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive.”
Matthew 13:14 NKJV
At the same time, revelation feels blatant. Truth is often right in front of us, yet familiarity, preference and distraction can make it easy to look without truly seeing. We can watch events unfold, hear wise counsel and still hesitate, not because understanding is hidden, but because discernment asks us to move beyond observation into wise response. This is an invitation to wakefulness shaped by God’s love and wisdom.
In moments like these, it becomes clear that we need more than information; we need divine intelligence. Clarity begins when we turn our attention back to God, allowing His wisdom to steady our thoughts and filter what we are seeing and hearing. Instead of chasing every new voice, we are invited to look to Him for direction, trusting that He helps us see rightly, choose wisely and walk forward with quiet confidence.

Prayer:
Father God, thank You for being steady in a time that feels loud and overwhelming. Help us to look to You for wisdom, to see with discernment and to move with clarity rather than confusion or fear. Quiet our hearts, guide our choices and teach us to trust Your leading each day. Amen.
Shalom!
