I am a purposeful and empathetic influencer who is passionate about serving and motivating others towards advancement.

 With over 19 years of progressive leadership roles in the corporate sector, I have a demonstrated ability to guide diverse teams. I believe in a purpose beyond myself, and I take pride in being an exceptional team leader, analytical thinker, growth catalyst and solutionist.

In response to an inner yearning, I embarked on a journey to find my calling and to play my part in advancing the welfare of others. I found it in the very place it was forged, in Christ Jesus. As my purpose began to unfold, coaching and personal development found me. Our DISIDENTIFY 6D methodology was birthed out of my own experience and journey. This system helped me to gain and maintain a better quality of life, characterized by authenticity, joy, peace of mind, self-leadership and alignment with Divine purpose.

I am a Certified Personal & Executive Coach (CPEC) and a member of the Maxwell Leadership Team. In addition to being a prophet, intercessor, pastor, author, certified coach, speaker and trainer, my professional preparation also included ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Harvard Law Schools’ programme on Negotiation and Leadership, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, MSc Accounting and BSc Accounting with Economics from the University of the West Indies. 

I take all my valuable experiences, understanding, attributes and extensive training into anything I do, to augment my sphere of influence and create a more significant impact on the wellbeing of others.
